***ATTENTION CHERRY HILL TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS ***

Currently the men and women of the Cherry Hill Police Department are without a
contract.  This contract expired on December 31,2009.  

The contract committee has met several times with township officials with no
progress.  The Township has not offered a contract only asked for concessions.  

12 to 16 police layoffs have been proposed.  This will bring the Police
Department to 1980's staffing levels.

Next township council meeting is Monday May 10, 2010. Please come out and
wear blue to support us!
